Making Arrangements

Please contact the Surgery Center if a member of our staff has not contacted you prior to surgery to make financial arrangements, ask questions, and to be sure you are preadmitted. In most cases, we should be able to estimate the cost of your surgery beforehand. Our staff will help you finalize your financial arrangements before your surgery. We require all payment arrangements be made before your surgery. To avoid delays in processing your account, please bring copies of your insurance cards, and driver's license.

The billing for the Facility use and Physician is separate. We charge for the use of the Center, which includes the cost of the operating room, recovery room, certain laboratory tests, and supplies for surgery and anesthesia. Your surgeon, anesthesiologist, radiologist, pathologist, and durable medical equipment provider (if applicable) will bill you/your insurance separately for their services.

1. Uninsured and/or cash patients will be required to pay for services on or before the admission date.
   
2. Patients with verified insurance will be required to pay an estimated portion only on or before the day of surgery.
   
3. MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted.
   
4. The Surgery Center will bill your insurance company, however, all deductibles/patient coinsurance is the patient's responsibility and will be requested from you and due prior to surgery.

The Center recognizes their obligation to remain flexible in financial matters. Financial arrangements must be made prior to admission and must be approved by the Administrator and or Business Office Manager.
